It's that time of year again, and we wanted to be sure that everyone is prepared and aware of our snow policies:

In the event that IBC needs to cancel classes, services or completely close due to the weather, the best steps are as follows:

Call us!
908-369-4949 ~ Either you will speak to one of us directly or there will be a message on the machine that will inform you of any cancellations.

Safety
is our main priority. If you are scheduled for a massage or service and feel unsafe driving in, please call us at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time so we can inform the therapist.
